Kowalski is general Joseph Sheridan's intelligence officer. He is often giving Joe advice and warning him about new enemies and tactics, usually along with Andrew. Evidenced by the first mission, he is not a very good liar. He is rarely seen and usually only his legs are seen, although he made a brief appearance in the mission, From Bait to Prey....
